How It Works
The Client agrees to provide or post all event information and send corrections or cancellations of event listings to Hamilton Musician Media (HMM) in a timely manner.
The Client agrees to provide sufficient lead time prior to events. Two weeks minimum is suggested.
The Client is encouraged to provide HMM with current artist links, bios, supporting images, posters, and URLs to support their events.
The Client agrees to supply a 250px wide by 100px high banner ad, which will be published on our “Live Music Partners” page at www.HamiltonMusician.com for the term of the Listing Service.
Event information will be posted during business hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm. All event listings will be published at www.HamiltonLiveMusic.ca.
Event listings will be removed from the site after the event is over.
HMM agrees to share each event on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram once prior to the event.
